Don,

I couldn't tell from the FPLA issues page what information has been updated. It 
looks like the same old info provided by Ken Butcher back in 2005. Can you 
clarify?

You might check out the USMA Website (www.metric.org) to see the first item in the New or Updated Information list.  Gary Brown, the Metric Today editor, has updated the FPLA issues page to mention that the NIST report includes the proposed FPLA amendment.  He also updated the text of the law on the FPLA page to show the proposed wording that would legalize metric-only labels.
