Jesse, Search the Web for "National Conference on Weights and Measures" (NCWM), and then browse through NCWM annual publications for lists of products under federal (i.e. USDA, FDA, ATF, etc.), or state jurisdictions.
If you can't find the information you want, send me a note and I'll try to dig up more specific source information. I was a member of the NCWM for many years without a vote. Only official federal, state, or local legal metrologists have a vote, but I did receive annual NCWN publications printed on paper before they were posted on the Web.
