I should have added that, in this case, 295 pages translates to just under
22 megabytes. For dial-up users, that represents a looooong download time.

I really appreciated my broadband DSL connection (something over 3 Mbit/s)
earlier this week, when I downloaded everything in Microsoft's Visual Studio
Express suite, totaling around 1 gigabyte. Fortunately for those without
broadband, they will also ship it on a DVD-ROM.

By the way, I do Web sites (not just metric1.org).

You forgot an important thing, Gene--a link to the document.

Here's the link to it: http://tinyurl.com/2wrvg7.

Warning to those with a dial-up connection: It's 295 pages.

Jesse,

As you may have discovered by searching the Internet, the NCWM offers
Handbook 130 (on paper) for sale at $40.

However, Handbook 130 (2008) is free on line at NIST, Technical Services,
W&M in MS-Word or pdf format.

In Handbook 130, under UPLR you can read lists of products under the
respective federal jurisdiction of USDA, FDA, FTC, and ATF authority.

Gene.
