We must be due for my monthly reminder to you that you are pushing your
revised units for time in the wrong forum, Brij.
I know that some people on this list already screen out your messages
and if I see one more like this one about your redefinition of time
units I will do likewise.

This amount to shifting the Date Line! The present GMT is set against
the back drop of DATE LINE being passing through *Sea on either
side 'passing close to AUCKLAND (New Zealand)*. This can be set anywhere
to count 24h clock with 100 md each of 100sd i.e. 240000 decimal seconds
