Good luck! I wrote to them a couple of times but that was several years ago. Perhaps they've noticed more metric units around and about them in the real world since then.

Beyond "thanks" AP's responses to me were along the lines of waiting until the U.S., especially the government, decided to go metric. Yes, this despite my providing applicable supporting documentation, much of it from the federal government.

I'm planning on using the email address provided there ([EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>) to question why the AP Stylebook appears to require most metric references to be converted to Olde English units.
