Actually, what I'm proposing is a suggestion to the appropriate assocations and 
companies in a leadership role that they consider using rational metric sizes 
rather than rational US Customary sizes by slightly shifting their quantities 
to a rational metric amount.

Certainly, the companies will decide for themselves what to do. That's why I 
called it a "nudge". Seems to me like something worthwhile for USMA to do.
