This reference is a few years old but I imagine it is still used for

where you will find a mish-mash of old measures and almost an
avoidance of SI units.
However, I am sending you the reference because of two things:
* The writer makes some intriguing comparisons.
* There are some clear distinctions between energy and power.
I particularly like the comparison between TNT and Chocolate Chip
