Another mailing of Patrick's Article "Metric Measurement in the 21st Century" is to go out from a Post Office in Urbana, Illinois at 15:00 today, Dec 29, but only to persons who sent me a US Postal Service address. As before, the Packet includes *only* reprints of Patrick's Article, without supplementary statements.
