On August 15th, S. J. from <serv...@healthport.com> replied to my inquiry by
stating

"Unfortunately, there is no glossary of Acronyms that I'm able to provide to
you."

Does that mean that the Glossary does not exist, or that S. J. is simply not
authorized to provide a copy to me?

Although most medical professionals would recognize "BP" as Blood Pressure
rather than British Petroleum,
there are many other medical acronyms that are not so obvious to decode.

I still have not determined with certainty if the universal unit in EMRs for BP
is newton per square meter or mm of mercury.
