Although every little bit of metric usage is to be encouraged, I'm concerned that this recipe, appearing in an article entitled "Weird Science" and profiling a couple of scientists who cook, will feed the perception of SI as something "just for scientists". It clearly doesn't indicate a change of heart on Costco's part.
