Doh! Now the new goal is 100, so I have been very busy joining several
Facebook groups and pushing this SI petition. My postings have generated
much discussion. I think a significant reason we have over 75 signatures so
far is because of my Facebook efforts. Please consider joining Facebook

I think it is great that Parker got this petition rolling. I notice
that several USMA members have signed it, but I am hoping that EVERY
member of USMA should sign this petition. I posted a Facebook link and
shared the petition on the pages of people on Facebook and I posted a
Twitter link. You too can do those things to promote this important
petition. I am surprised to see so few signatures so far. Please sign
it even if you think you would have worded the petition differently. We
all share the same goal. This petition is a worthy effort. Please add

I signed your petition with a comment that the “change” would
actually be a continuing “transition” to metric units of
measurement
and that many industries already use metric units.
