Dear Mr. Pearl, I'm so sorry to disappoint you because I do not like
"facebook" and I will never join this social media. If you come up with
other ideas, please, let me know. However, consider the following
suggestion: Do you know someone available and eager to give a _seminar_,
_conference_ or a town hall meeting down here at FGCU? If you know
someone who is interested in an event like this, please, call Dr. Laura
Frost, Director Whitaker Center for STEM Education at 239-590-1434, her
email: lfr...@fgcu.edu, and let her know the interest and effort to
provide the best information on the Metric System or International
System of Units to our community in Southwest Florida. We could may
invite public school teachers, meteorologists from Fort Myers TV
channels, and other interested people to participate in this event.
