If you look carefully at the drawing you will see that the customer is Husqvarna (a Swedish company). You might also notice the statement "Unless otherwise specified interpret dims [sic] and tols [sic] per ISO standards 1101, 1660, 2692, 5458 and 5459". This part was made with the export market in mind.
