Mike, There is some confusion on the meaning of “yes” under Packaging and Labeling in the State of New York in NIST Handbook 130 (2016).
Is it true that New York State is the *only state* still remaining that had not changed its laws to permit metric-only labeling of products that are not regulated by the federal FPLA?
