Yes, as said, you must use the library version that was used at build time. You 
can't just install a new UHD version and retroactively make your GNU Radio work 
with that! 

As implied, I think it would be wisest to uninstall your GNU Radio and all but 
exactly the UHD version you plan to use, and build GNU Radio from source.
