Hey Marcus

Okay, we looked into this and realized that the rx_samples_to_file program
has a bug. When you set the channel, it doesnt tune the center frequency of
the desired channel which is why the amplitudes are off. Anything other
than the first channel is at DC. Finding this bug led me to a similar issue
in my code which let me resolve my problem. Thanks. Is this list the place
to report bugs? Thanks.
