This looks like approximately 80 dB of difference in signal strength.
The E310/E313 tunes from 70MHz to 6GHz. I'm surprised that you saw
ANYTHING at 10MHz.
Stick a random piece of wire on the RX2 port, and tune to a local FM
radio station, and just look at the spectrum. Most FM stations that are
notionally "local" should be about 40dB above the notional noise floor.
