If we run the same benchmark_rate test with 12.288 MS/s or higher
sample rate, we have no issues.
Has anybody experienced something similar? Or does anybody has any
idea what could be the reason of it?

Is this from a PC host, or on the N310 itself?
What versions of UHD are you running?
