Many thanks Marcus and Robin. I have two more questions. Can E320 transfer data at the rate somewhere near to 1 Gbps to host PC? Also for E313, if processing is done in the embedded processor then does it support processing at 20 MSps? The E310 was not designed to support high data rate transfers to a host PC. Read the datasheets on ettus.com. If you want the RF front end on an E310 with higher performance streaming capabilities, look at the E320. As Marcus points out, the network interface to the PC (over 1gigE RJ-45) has far less bandwidth than an Ettus-branded USRP X310 or NI USRP 294x or 295x using a PCIe or 2x10 gigE link to a host PC.
