Try reducing the baseband signal magnitude and RF gain—does that reduce the unwanted harmonic content?
What offset value are you using? I typically use a value that is a bit more than half my application bandwidth. Some Amount of unwanted mixing and distortion products are *inevitable* with any general purpose transmit chain, and the usual strategy in purpose-built radios is the use of output filters.
