OK, so interleaved native-binary "int16".
It records a set of complex-baseband samples in whatever format you
specify, in your case, as a set of interleaved
"int16" (to use C++ parlance).
So the file is just a continuous collection of IQIQIQIQIQIQ. There's no
headers or anything.
