one is doing exactly what I said. It is blinking the PPS and sending a
10MHz square wave to an SOC’s REF_CLK. This is happening right now, a

On the frozen/broken unit, there is a GPSDO decal sticker on the back
side. We have been using it for its PPS and 10MHz output signals for
many weeks now. Both signals appear clearly on an oscilloscope. Only
today it has failed.
What should I try now? Should I log into it via network?
Ah, indeed. That's why I qualified my previous answer with "if there
hasn't been a GPSDO unit fitted".
You could check the GPS antenna to make sure it's getting GPS signal,
but the GPSDOs that are used in those units normally
provide 1PPS and 10MHz regardless of the state of GPS lock.
You should use the official customer support channels to see if you can
get an RMA issued for this unit:
