I have a project where I have to start up a series of N320 radios.
Currently we do it sequentially and that can take some time. Is there
a way to do them in parallel? I thought I saw somewhere that the
driver was the limiting factor for being able to have separate threads
start up the devices at the same time to speed things up, is that
really the case?
The multi-usrp interface will start each radio in sequence. Is this a
situation where you want to bring it up, do only
a small amount of sample traffic, and then shut it down? What is the
use case.
You could have multiple multi_usrp objects, each in their own thread.
That *should* work, but you'll lose the
sample time-alignment that UHD does for radios within a single
multi_usrp object.
