Consultando a comunidade do Win98 do Orkut, surgiu uma solução que é a
de substituir o kernel pelo KernelEx. No site, sobre o OO3, existe a
seguinte informação:
OpenOffice.org 3.0 important notice
KernelEx 0.3.6 adds OpenOffice.org 3.0 support. However there is an
(currently unresolved) issue:
In certain situations OpenOffice.org 3.0 will crash when closed
and will spawn crashrep.exe process which will write crash report endlessly.
Because of that crash reporting tool has to be disabled:
Go to: "C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 3\Program" and rename
"crashrep.exe" to "crashrep.bak".
Also if you are running under Windows 98 you will need updated
MSIMG32.DLL from Windows ME or custom MSIMG32.DLL from KernelEx package.
Just copy it to "C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 3\Program".
