* Added a fair amount of code to disable various report_* callbacks
unless the client has registered a corresponding client-side
callback--no point in doing the utrace callback if the client
doesn't need it.

* Add signal reporting and filtering.
* Add an attach_tree capability.
* Add more testcase/demos.
