Not sure I understand the question. If you did git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/frob/linux-2.6-utrace.git the "installation" is done, see linux-2.6-utrace/include/linux/utrace.h Just in case: utrace.h is not for user-space. Oleg.
