I tried the documentation for a few days now, and I can't figure this one out.
So, I'll appeal to the experts on this list for help.
It appears authentication is working, but the client (quigon) lpd says:
quigon.zserve.com: waiting for queue to be enabled on yoda.zserve.com
here is the /etc/hosts.equiv on print server (yoda)
quigon.zserve.com
here is /etc/printcap on print server
