When I lived at the Glenwood a year ago, they had just installed their
'high speed' access.  Basically it was a T1 shared between the Glenwood
and the other complexes owned by the same guy.  As you can imagine, it
was way clogged and latency was awful, worse than a 56k modem.  They
were supposedly working to address the issue, and in the meantime they
didn't charge me for my extra port and static ip.  I don't know what the
current state of it is, but I can't imagine it's very great.

By the way, the company that provided the access was Wakul (pronounced
way cool).  They just provide access to large apartment complexes and
the like, so they won't be very useful to you unless you're moving into
one of the complexes they serve.
