Yes.  I'd back up important data immediately, run a surface scan, and
save up for a new drive.  It might not crap out on you completely right
away, but it's better to be safe than sorry.  How old is the drive?  If
it's still under warranty, you can probably ship it back to the
manufacturer for a free replacement.  The replacement might even be
bigger, if it's towards the low end of the size spectrum.
