I like my mouse and keyboard simple, although I admit that the M$ mice with even MORE buttons could be useful for games, but I have not tried.
As for keyboards, the alphabet, numbers, and the other keys are all I need. I don't need all these extra shortcuts to check my mail, launch programs, and flush my toilet. I mean I have the big mouse with lots of buttons, I'll just click on the icon like I always have.
