For those of you who couldn't quite make out what Frank was trying to say
here, I've quoted the simple and easier to understand section of the FPL
below:

FPL Section 3 paragraph 6:
"... The rightful user of this software package [here-after
refered to as "The Package"] will be here-after refered to as "The
Licensee" and  hereby agrees to the following conditions of use and
forfits any additional assumed rights of expression with respect to "The
Package".  "The Licensee" agrees without condition to not transmit by
electronic, printed, verbal or any other known or to be discovered
communicative means any statement, phrase or set of words (irrelevant the
language) that are deamed derogatory, imflamatory, contentious or
otherwise demeaning with respect to the selection and arrangement of
characters [here-after refered to as "coding style"] contained withing the
creative art of "The Package".

I'm taking an Intellectual Property Copyright Law class at the U right
now.  Can you tell?
