the monitor won't adjust to use the entire display.
the zip only reads half the time
the cd burner burns cds that always skip when you play them
the dvd player has never played smooth with any app we've trip (skips)
the computer can't multi-task. is an mp3 is play, anything else (even a click of the mouse) makes it pause

basically, i think that they sold stuff that wasn't what it was supposed to be... lower quality and lower specs than were on the invoice.
