I had autosign turned off (mosly on a whim, don't ask me to explain). I
love gpg/pgp and regardless of whether outlook is technically broken it
is practically broken. I have come to realize thanks to this thread that
the best way to either get outlook fixed or wean people from it is to
increase the amount of useful traffic that is pgp-signed. Therefore I
have turned autosign back on...
