can y'all shed some light on this?

This seems like someone has hacked the DNS server for our school proxy,
seeing as how my friends with non-byu internet connections can load up
the page normally, without any claims that the government owns the site
:\ doesn't seem like what the government would do, plus the logos are
all blown up.  Any ideas?  It is troubling that someone would take the
time and effort to do this--
