I just noticed something startling on our mailing list admin page, and my interest was sparked:
There are now 175 of us subscribed to uug-list. One year ago, we were under 100. Last month our web-site moved over 10Gb of data with almost 2,000 unique visits. We have 170 members registered on the web-site. We've given out over 300 SSS CDs and 300 Knoppix CDs. We've installed Linux/Unix on 100+ machines at installfests. Perhaps most importantly: http://www.google.com/search?q=uug ;) We are growing. I am really excited about what the future holds for the UUG. I wish I could stay another year to be part of it. Who knows how many people will join the club and find out about all the cool stuff that goes on here.
