Hasn't Unix been closed source from the beginning? Isn't that what this is about? They own the rights to Unix don't they? If in fact IBM is dumping closed source/copyrighted/whatever code into the open source arena, isn't that against the law?
I don't really see a problem here.. Maybe it's just me, but there have been a lot of lawsuits in the past 5 years that are way beyond the scope of sanity than this one.
