4) no mention of the new dicta.. i mean, official president.

on a more serious note, i think it's a good idea except for the printing part. 
i'm assuming anyone joining the club has (or has access to) a computer.. the 
electronic for would be no-cost and easier to distribute. it would certainly be 
a big undertaking and it might end up as one of those "always in progress. will 
take longer" projects. in fact, the best thing might be to just direct newcomers 
to the web archives...

(this is probably worth less than $.02) :-)
