[uug] Windows and Linux fighting over time

I have windows XP and Red Hat dual booting on my laptop. Under 7.3 
everything worked great, but when I installed RH8.0 I must of done something 
wrong because now only one OS will show the proper time, Changing the time 
in one, screws the other one up. How do I fix it (either XP or RH) so they 
agree on the time?
