Well, the "obvious" solution is to download acroread (www.adobe.com).
It's not "Free", but it's "free", and it should be able to fill out
your PDF form and print it.  (Saving it and emailing it may require
one of the more expensive products, though.)

is there a good way out there to print to or modify a pdf file?  I 
downloaded the beta of OpenOffice which is really easy to export a file
to a .pdf but I am not finding a way to open a existing .pdf file. I 
need to open a .pfd application fill it out and then e-mail it back. 
any ideas out there . 
Xpdf will let me view a .pdf file I don't see a way to edit one and
send 
it back.
