I always have taken exception to the complaints about the supposed
rebranding of KDE by RedHat.  If there were changes made, they were for
the sake of integration (why should I care whether the app is gnome or
KDE) or usability.  I don't use KDE, and I don't really like it, so I
can't comment much on it.  But I'm sure it's there and can be re-themed
using keramik or whatever your flavor is.  And it's hardly "broken" by
redhat as so many have suggested.  Gnome 2.2 is well on it's way. 
That's what I use.
