That's my fault, I put the " there to indicate the end of the quote from 
Dr. Google, it's not part of the command.

Hmmm, are you running RH8.0 or debian? This fix is for RedHat 8.0 and I 
think it's only for a certain version of rpm.  (The latest version of rpm 
has been fixed)  Did your rpm database get rebuilt?  (it takes a while to 
run, especially since we use the -vv [very verbose] flag)  Other than 
that, I'm not really an apt expert, but when it can't find /bin/sh that's 
been my problem.
