And SCO has offered to purchase it from Novell repeatedly over the last few weeks. Not only does SCO not own the Unix IP, but they are openly trying to acquire it _after_ making their allegations. My favorite part is this one: "We hope you understand the potential significant legal liability SCO faces for the possible harm it is causing to countless customers, developers, and other Linux community members." Interpreted: You want a law-suit? Well, how about taking the defendant seat for a while! Wow.
