AT&T's SMTP server requires the use of a username and password -- along with an SSL connection -- to send email. I have this working just fine with sSMTP so I can send mail from Mutt, but Mozilla doesn't seem to like this setup. I have "Use SSL Always" set in the SMTP server config, and I have my username added in the same panel, but it's not working. I send a message, and according to the docs it should ask for my password to send, but it sits for like 20 minutes without doing anything. Any ideas?
Another issue with Mozilla: I use IMAP for my incoming mail. On startup, mutt and Outlook Express can check through all my subscribed folders for new messages. Can Mozilla do this? -- Soren Harward [EMAIL PROTECTED] ____________________ BYU Unix Users Group http://uug.byu.edu/ ___________________________________________________________________ List Info: http://uug.byu.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/uug-list
