Again, not strictly a linux question, but you've all been quite helpful before and I don't belong to a winders users group.
I've been running CDex on WinXP for a couple of weeks and then all of a sudden a couple of days ago it told me that APSI for Win32 is not installed correctly. As I understand it, APSI is the interface CDex uses to talk to the CD drive, and it's really hard to rip a CD if your program doesn't see it. I'm not sure what I did to cause this, but I can't fix it. I downloaded and installed aspi_v471.exe from Adaptec but CDex didn't care. Any ideas on how to restore it? Thanks in advance
