the second page you linked to, does provide more information supporting your point.
i am not disputing this though. as i said... if i own two copies... one academic-priced and one commercial priced... and only use one at a time... and use the academic-priced for a commercial project... there is no difference.
I have a hard time seeing a difference too. You are obviously following the spirit of the license.
