That would be Caleb Proulx.  A former roommate was an acquantaince (can't
really say friend -- they didn't get along really well) of his.  The
Honor Code office was just going to let the whole incident go with a
slap on the wrist, but Caleb insisted they punish him more severely -- a
sort of martyr complex.  I think my roommate put it best: he
"voluntarily expelled himself."  I honestly don't think we'll get
dragged to the Honor Code office for this, but the UUG's relationship
with BYUSA is tenuous already, and we don't need any more bad blood
against the UUG.  We're trying to have our cake and eat it too.
