I'd like to get the list's opinion on ISPs. I've had off-campus telecommunications in the past. I hated it. They used private dynamic IP addresses. I'm looking for an ISP with static public IP addresses that doesn't do any port blocking or any other nonsense. Anyone know a good ISP in these parts that would allow me to do things like run web and ftp servers?
