There's qCAD (http://www.qcad.org/)

I've never used it, so I can't comment on quality. Also runs on Windows.

I'm trying to get my dad to run linux, and one of his questions is if
there
is a CAD program similar to AutoCAD that he could use if he switched.
Anyone know of anything?
Ryan
