Veddy veddy easy:

md5sum sss_1.4-win32.iso > sss_1.4-win32.iso.md5sum

All md5sum does is compute a checksum of an existing file.  Then I can
check the MD5 checksum of the ISO downloaded against the MD5 checksum of
the ISO on your system to make sure the files are exactly the same.
