Ok, I've done this before but it was a *long* time ago. I have a good old soundblaster live card. I'm pretty sure the emu10k module is the one to use. Anyhow, all I remember doing before was going into /dev and doing a MAKEDEV -v audio. Other than that, I can't remember the rest.
